At Nikon IPTV we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical or commercial questions, we are at your disposal. However, if you feel that the service you have purchased is not the best solution for your needs and you have tried to solve the problem with our support team, we would like to fix it.
While we’d love to know where we went wrong or how we can improve it, please follow the steps below to receive a partial refund within 3 days of purchase. If it has already been 3 days and you have a problem, you can always contact us via WhatsApp support number or Contact Us page to solve the problem
After you have requested a refund, you will no longer be able to subscribe to our service in the future.:
Requesting a Refund
Follow the steps below to get your refund request sent to us:
- Use the Whatsapp Support or contact form to request the refund.
- Provide your username and same email address you use to buy our services.
- Include your invoice number.
- Note that the refund will be only partial, we will deduct the price of number of days used ($2 per day)
- Payment will be done to the same method of payment used.
