1 subscription = 1 connection, you cannot use more than 1 device per subscription. Any attempt to use more than 1 device at a time puts your subscription at risk of permanent termination. The
customer is responsible for submitting information about their device, including device type, model, application used, and MAC address, if applicable.
If we haven’t received your device information in the order notes, we will send m3u format and we can’t change it.
Our providers perform regular maintenance on their servers. This can happen at any time and times are not estimated. Buffering, freezing and corrupted content is normal for any IPTV in the world, hence you may experience these issues.
It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with how IPTV works and its nature.
Any IPTV package can be exchanged for any other if unavailable.
IPTV Subscription Credentials will be sent to customer’s registered email address usually within 6 hours to 1 business day after receipt of payment.
Subscriptions:
Nikon IPTV guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased on our website will be activated for the agreed period. A screenshot of the IPTV subscription information and expiry date will be sent to the customer’s registered data in case of server issues, glitches or content over which we have no control. Please contact us and we will do our best to solve the problems.
Nikon IP TV accepts no responsibility for subscriptions purchased with the wrong type of IPTV receiver.
SERVICE CANCELLATION/HOLD :
You don’t have to tell us if you want to cancel or suspend your subscription. Use of a subscription will be terminated or suspended when the current subscription expires. No payment is required to cancel or suspend your subscription.
